1.                   Apologies

Apologies were received from Joanne Bishop. 

2.                   Appointment new committee member

A vote was taken to appoint Pat Thompson new committee member and Trustee of Dunford Parish Community Association.

All committee members in full agreement.

3.                   Appointment new Treasurer

a)         A proposal was made to appoint Pat Thompson as the new Treasurer of Dunford Parish Community Association.

            All committee members in full agreement.

            Lynn Goldthorpe to make arrangement to pass all Treasurer mail and account information at next meeting.

b)         Bank forms completed to remove Darren Rothery Treasurer and appoint Pat Thompson

            Also opportunity taken to Appoint Lynn Goldthorpe Secretary as account holder and signatory.

4.                   Any other Business

a)         Pay Anne Kaye £13.35 from Petty Cash in respect of receipts presented.

b)         Pony club being replaced by Polo Club need Football pitch size to be available.
